Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your electronic mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a brand new email box in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect email messages from one e-mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your e-mail box accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome e-mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and change the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you wish to redirect mails from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
